    • This year’s most celebrated television series were honored at the 77th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.
    • The 2025 Emmy nominees were first revealed by Harvey Guillén and Brenda Song on July 15.
    • Comedian Nate Bargatze hosted the live Emmys ceremony from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 14, broadcast via CBS.​

    The premier television awards event celebrated outstanding small-screen talent.

    Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater hosted the 77th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, broadcast live on Sunday, September 14.

    Actors Brenda Song and Harvey Guillén revealed this year’s candidates on July 15 in advance of the presentation. With 27 nominations, Severance was the most nominated, followed by The Penguin with 24 and The Studio with 23. Abbott Elementary, The White Lotus, The Pitt, and The Bear also left with kudos.

    The wait to find out which performers and series won the largest prizes of the evening finally came to an end as the celebrity-filled event hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze progressed.
